This challenge will consist of 2 parts: 1) the idea submission phase and 2) a commenting phase on finalists ideas
1) Entrants will submit their ideas via an online submission form, which will remain open until May 7th 2012. Thereafter the judges will select (up to) 10 finalists on the basis of the assessment criteria.
2) All registered users of the site will receive an email to let them know when the commenting phase is open. Constructive comments on the feasibility, novelty, scope and relevance of the finalist ideas are welcome. Comments will be moderated before being published.
Once the commenting phase has closed (June 22nd 2012), the judges will then choose the final overall winner and the 2 runners up from the final 10 finalists, taking into account, where applicable any comments associated with the finalists ideas.
The winners will be announced by August 15th 2012.
